It will lead you to this webpage, so then
After you click that, it should open up in iTunes, if you don't have iTunes, it should lead you to a page to download iTunes, after downloading, start over from step 1
After either subscribing or downloading a single podcast, it should show this window, if not, go to the left sidebar and click "Podcast"
You can now listen to the podcast using iTunes by opening iTunes and clicking "Podcasts" in the left sidebar, and clicking on the podcast.
To get the podcast on your iPod, iPhone, or iPad, connect your device to your computer, and then click on your device in the sidebar. Once you see your device, click on the upper tab labled "Podcasts", and select the podcast to sync, and click sync in the bottom right corner.
